Everything was as I expected it to be, for the price.
They would not give me a receipt when I checked out. This is not acceptable. They said it was because I book the stay through you. So it won't happen again because I will not use your company or the hotel again.

The room was quiet and spacious, with a large work desk and comfortable seating, easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh options, including delicious omelets and healthy fruit, setting a wonderful tone for the day ahead. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile.
I wish the gym equipment was a bit more updated.

We had a a warm greeting from the staff...bartender got us drinks and dinner, and then the room was great. I loved the staff and hotel!

great getaway
The breakfast featured made-to-order omelets and a nice selection of healthy fruits. My King Room had a microwave and refrigerator, made storing snacks easy. Loved the fitness center with updated equipment and the relaxing hot tub for unwinding after a long day. Cleanliness was great throughout the hotel too.

Friendly staff and comfortable seating in the lobby. The beds were a little small (Queen seemed more like a full size bed) but comfortable compared to some hotels I've stayed in.
We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it seemed a little expensive ($10.99 per person) even though it was all you can eat, not everyone can eat that much food.

Room was spacious, but was overpriced for the overall experience.
Starting to show signs of wear. Had to pay for all food and drink. Breakfast was $11.00! Someone was banging on my door at 10:00 pm - then no one was there. What's up with that? Much prefer Homewood Suites for the price.

This hotel was an excellent fit for a fleeting trip in Joplin with good value. The first front desk lady was really nice and helpful. Try to ask for help right when you arrive to get the best service.
